ASL Labs - Chowan River View

The Chowan River View web-cam provides a great view of the sunrise from September through March, starting about 30 minutes before the sun comes up. It does not provide a view of the river when it is dark, from about 30 minutes after sunset until just before sunrise. If you see a dark screen with colored dots it is too dark for the camera to work, though occasionally the lights on the far shore are visible on moonlit nights.
